About Hefner Construction

Hefner Construction was built from a lifelong passion for building, problem-solving, and doing things the right way.

Owner Matt Hefner grew up in Connelly Springs learning the value of hard work and hands-on craftsmanship from his father. From repairing cars and renovating homes to helping family members fix problems themselves, those early experiences shaped the foundation of what Hefner Construction is today, a company built on honesty, integrity, and practical solutions.

After earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and gaining experience managing renovation programs through Lowe’s, Matt and Abigail Hefner launched Hefner Construction in 2014 with a vision of creating a company homeowners could truly trust.

Today, Hefner Construction proudly serves homeowners across Burke, Catawba, and Caldwell Counties with kitchen renovations, bathroom remodeling, additions, outdoor living spaces, whole-home renovations, and custom homes designed around the way families truly live.
